System crashed. (Drivers) Please help!

Hello, I have a Skytech Chronos that I bought April 2022. AMD Ryzen 7. RTX 3070 8 GB. 16 GB DDR4. 1 TB. I am running 3 55 inch TVs at about 20 FPS. I have a ton of addons and the other day, I was having to upgrade new driver (Nvidea) and my system crashed. This just happened last week and my sim will crash every time now if I’m not in safe mode. I see a ton of subjects regarding this, but am I screwed? This setup and all addons have been quite expensive thus far. I have been flying with no issues at all and now it’s not runnable. I have gone back with the older NVIDEA drivers to no avail.(One says game ready and the other is standard) Please help me. I’m 55 y/o and troubleshooting computers is not my strong point. People wonder how I built this so far. Also, why will it run in safe mode at 35 FPS no problem, but full crash in unsafe mode? I am so bummed. please help. Thank you Michael
