T-6 Gunslinger - Takeoff issues

I need help! I can’t get the Gunslinger off the ground. It goes super hard left as soon as the engine runs up, even if I’m standing on the opposite rudder. I know there is a tendency to pull left but this is pure lunacy. I thought it might be to do with slowly introducing throttle or some kind of interaction between throttle and CSU but I can’t seem to stop from being yoinked off the left side of the runway. I also hunted about for a tail wheel lock but there doesn’t seem to be one. I made a key bind for it but it doesn’t have any effect. I’m all out of ideas! I haven’t ever really had much luck with tail draggers but I want to fix that. I know you have to apply a little fwd pressure to get the tail off the ground but beyond that I’m pretty new to them. Anyway, any help would be great. Thanks.

EDIT: Now I’m wondering if there is something broken with the installation of the plane cos the flaps won’t deploy. Unless I’m missing another thing here!!!
