I love playing MSFS24 with the T.Flight Hotas one Microsoft Flight sim edition controls but having an issue with them randomly pausing and unpausing the game and clicking random buttons without touching the controller. It shows there is a connection in the controls page in settings. However when you go to the controls page you can see it going through the buttons on the bottom of the picture of the controller. I bought a new one thinking the controller went bad but the new one did it as well. Any help cause I can play this game with out throttle and joystick. Well Xbox controller will work but not as easy to control the plane or as fun to play.
Hello Mac. Make sure there are any conflicts with the Xbox Controller or the mouse!

I’ve unplugged my mouse still does it and disconnected the controller as well. Sometimes it works for a little while but then it glitches out. The last few times I’ve played it does it almost immediately.
Try to get an original Hotas one, but not the white msfs edition. The msfs edition reportedly has build quality issues.

Thanks for the reply’s and help once I get the money I’ll upgrade to better controls any suggestions? Looking at the Hori Hotas flight stick.

Try this. Unplug everything with Xbox off. Turn console on, plug everything back in. Start sim, go to controls, General Options. Click on Data, click clear Cache. Hope this helps.

Avoid the hori hotas. Its bad…very bad

I’ll give that a shot I’ll add you when I get a chance to hop on. I did play last night for a short big it did work there were a few things that were different but no glitching. I didn’t want to pause the game lol that’s when it normally happens or if I skip the cruise in career mode. I started my Xbox with the flight stick controller last night then turned on my Xbox controller. I didn’t use the mouse cause but was plugged in it’s easier to use the mouse when clicking buttons.
Clear all your bindings and start over.
Make sure you DO NOT use same bindings on more than 1 control. Flight stick for flight, mouse for interactions, and controller for drone cam + views.
Anything else will cause conflictions.
Do NOT buy the Hori Hotas. The buttons are fake they are not buttons. Its terrible.
TM Hotas one is your best option unless you want to spend out on a Turtle Beach joystick
I have 7000hrs+ on xbox with hotas one,mouse,keyboard & controller.
Then i moved to PC.
Find a binding tutorial and learn what suits your needs best.

Awesome setup! Thanks for the info! I’ll try that and see if it works something has to. I think when they made a game update it make something’s a little weird and just have to find out how to fix it. I guess that what these forums are for which is great!
Did you do something to make the cable from throttle to joystick longer? Someone was asking me if this was possible recently.
