Up until yesterday it was working fine! Today even though it’s still mapped in the game options, and the buttons, and throttle are still clickable and changable in options. When the sim actually launches and you are in the cockpit. The HOTAS doesn’t work at all. In windows everything is OK, in the game itself, everything is OK. Drivers are all uptodate etc. But once you are on the tarmac, nothing works.
Baffled.
Did Steam somehow revert back to using a non-Thrustmaster Hotas joystick configuration? I had to right click on the game name in Steam and disable Steam xBox controller configuration in order for MSFS2020 to “see” my Hotas.
Probably a longshot, but worth checking.

Consider it fixed! For some reason two copies of the game launched and caused havoc! Bad mouse click probably
I’m not using the Steam version. This has happened just once so far, the other night ( still don’t have a lot of KB commands mapped to controllers yet), I was flying, and the next thing a I know several of my KB commands were not working, I could not open the VFR map, ATC was gone, and on both the KB and my yoke, I lost “all” trims, elevator, rudder, and aileron. They never came back, and because MSFS takes a forever to load from my desktop, I just quit for the night, next day everything was back.
