(At least in career mode) I seem to consistently have my GPS on the tablet and on my glass be off by some margin.
Is there a calibration step I’m missing or is this a bug? I’ve attempted to reload the flight plan or even in some cases set the waypoints manually. This seems to be consistent across all (at least smaller GA) aircraft I’ve flown so far including the 172, bonanza, and a few others.
I’m puzzled by this too. The aircraft avionics don’t match with the EFB. I’m fiddling around with “Send FP to avionics” to see how that affects things and trying to get them to match, but if you changed the FP yourself and say change the runway and send to avionics, it clashes with the mission parameters, which seem to be set regardless of it you change things on the EFB. Still trying to get my head around it.
I was wondering the same at first, but this was using ‘employer’ planes. I would figure that could be a factor on freelancer flights only, wouldn’t it?
I just noticed another difference, the compass overlay on top left that shows the flight plan, doesn’t seem to correlate for me with what is on the tablet, and/or avionics. What does this mean?
I take that back, the compass shows the plan as it exists on the EFB, but doesn’t match the avionics. I tried pressing the “Send to Avionics” button but nothing changed.
