Taog's Hangar AS365 Dauphin!

Yes, I have to agree, the trim release is annoying. Good try, but there are a lot of other good choices for helicopter flights.

Thank you for the excellent description! One request I have is for the key bindings PDF, can you please upload an updated one with the Header Description at the top of each page? That would make it much easier to read as you dive deeper into the keybindings. Thank you for all the hard work, what an excellent aircraft to spend time learning.

For those who, like me, want a quick and easy way to access the autopilot upper modes through a touchscreen, I verified last night that the GlassOut app works perfectly for this with the Taog tablet ā€˜tPad’.

Does anyone know of a Simbrief profile for the AS65 and/or HH65?

For the HH-65, all batwing switches(AP Lanes) on, TRIM on and the FD CPL on is equivalent to ASE.

Turn off the FD CPL and it’s equiv. to SAS.

Turn off TRIM and the cyclic trim actuators don’t function.

Turn off the batwing switches and you are hand flying without any stability augmentation.

Edit: There are also selections for the type of joystick you are flying with in the tablet that affect the way the force trim functions.

A couple of observations, not sure if it’s something on my side.
The brakes in the utility version work but do not physically move when pressed as they do in passenger version.
I hear the warning horn only on my left speaker, is this because of its placement?
The pilot window that contains a small opening which looks like it needs some aliasing, as it does not appear rounded.
