I keep getting Taxiway point not linked to the main graph, and naturally I am not able to save my scenery.
What am I doing wrong or missing?
have you named the taxiwaypoints in the waypoints properties tab. Believe this can stop you from saving.

No I did not I will retry and see what happens
I just tried that but did not make any difference.
Maybe I should ask - What do you mean by the Waypoints Properties Tab?

I found my problem - it seems there was a broken link between two points. I merged them and all is now OK
