Is there anyway to having the taxiway guidance ribbon made smaller/ more transparent, it spoils the realism of the sim for me as its too big and bright
The FSX taxiway ribbon was much more discreet

Agreed. I don’t use it generally, but when I did try, the Blue markers obscured the controls in the interior of the Cessna172 electrical & lighting panel. Rather than the toylike things we have now, a single polygon a few cm above ground should suffice. I don’t see the need for the huge blue “parking” area either - there is a marshaller, after all, and if the hand signals are not noob friendly, then Asobo can provide some information in the form of a manual.
I would say that these markers should not be necessary, at all, but no part of the sim gives you information on what taxyway (sic) is what, especially, since most are not the same as real world, then they need to work better. For now, you have to ignore the directions given you for Taxyway A -Z…
