Can someone please recommend a good HOTAS sensitivity setting for the default TBM 930?
That’s sort of tough without knowing what your hardware controller setup is like. Every stick, yoke and TQ could be different based on brand and model. I personally have no sensitivity settings on mine and I fly GA exclusively.
You’re correct . . and I forgot to include that in my initial post. I have a Saitek X52 Pro. The problem I’m having with theTBM 930 is that it tends to drift left and right during the takeoff run. I tried to decreased the sensitivities and also the responsiveness . . . don’t seem to help.
Do you have Rudder Assist on or any other Assists which could conflict with ground handling?
Check Windows USB Game Controller Applet and see if the rudder axis is showing any drift, esp. when you’re not touching the stick and it’s showing inputs happening. That’s a sign of a noisy/worn potentiometer.
