Post SU5, on cold/dark starts, the Battery/Generator safety bar starts in the unsafe/up position.

Since this is a switch, I’m guessing that it can be controlled by the apron.flt file, but I can’t find the parameter - or is this now hard-coded? Prior to 1.18.x.x, this bar was in the safe/down position at the beginning of every cold/dark startup. I’d like to go back to that if possible.
