Before I start a bug report I wanted to check if anyone else is having the same issue.
TBM930. Using COM1, I hear my pilot, and I see ATC text, but I cannot hear ATC. If I switch to COM2 everything works fine.
I checked my radio volumes in the plane and they are fine. I saw a video of a guy suggesting to try the mute button, but I cannot find one in the TBM

There’s another thread on issues with losing audio comms. But to answer your last issue, while there isn’t a real “mute” button, but you can stop monitoring a comm (or other freq) by just deselecting the monitor button, in this case the com2 button in the screenshot. If you’re not monitoring it (and don’t have the cabin speaker on) then you shouldn’t be hearing anything from the selected radio.
I had my first incident of lost audio the other day, but in my case, I realized my sound system had been changed where I wasn’t hearing all my speakers. When I reenabled my speaker setup, I had audio from ATC/me back. But based on the other thread, I think there is an issue in the sim.
