TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition idle at 90% in A320neo

I am having similar issues with adjusting the power settings for this bit of hardware.

I am noticing inconsistancies. For a few days I was using custom curve sensitivity settings that seemed to work great while flying the Cessna Caravan.
Now yesterday all of a sudden the throttle response was way off and I went into reverse by going fully idle. I checked the curvature, nothing changed.
Today I unbound the controls and reset it back to my initial manual sensitivity values but now these aren’t good at all. Throttle lever at iddle still sees me with a bit of power and when trying to tweak that out with the deadzone results in a much more unstable powering up curve…so basically I would have to go through a good hour of finding the ‘right’ new curvature settings and then it could still end up being reset by something.

I also don’t really get reverse thrust to work the way it should by using that lower part of the throttle slider…it doesn’t accept it as a unique setting/axis right now or I somehow can’t figure out how to tweak it well enough to engage it.

So in other words, it’s all unrefined and too much of a mystery as to why things work the way they should work. Would love to see this improved.
