Hello all, i just hopped into 2024 on xbox with my tca sidestick and i have had nothing but problems trying to map all of the axis and buttons. First off my Rudder is stuck full left and i cannot figure out how to fix this. Anywhere i look and how ive tried to map the axis is just not working at all. Now im to a point where my throttle quadrant doesn’t even work. Is there anyone who can help me with the mapping of the axis in 2024? I legitimately feel like im about to drive myself insane ive been doing this for the past 12 hours and cant even get off the ground. Any help would be very much appreciated. msfs-2024

Just wanted to say i have no solution but im also having TCA sidestick issues.

Can’t even get the rudder to move using my TCA sidestick with the Saab 340-binding set to RAXIS Z.
Any solutions?

None of my hardware works properly on my XBOX. In the “hardware settings” screen, nothing moves the ball no matter what I do. Some controls work in the air, some are inverted. Most buttons just do nothing. My Thrustmaster pedals work for brakes, but not for rudders.
All of the bindings are just numbered and have no indication of which is which. But even when I figure out one of the bindings, binding it to something else often results in no effect at all in the plane.
I know this is a new game, but if they had the capability to import all of our 2020 add-ons you think they’d at least let us keep some 2020 bindings (even the defaults would have been a good starting point). As it is, I’m not spending any more effort on this as it seems impossible (not knowing if a binding has”taken” AND not necessarily knowing which binding is which makes the task literally impossible). Hopefully a fix comes soon so I can enjoy this game like I did 2020. A lot is broken in this game but control bindings are really the most mission critical one for me.

Spent hours on Wednesday (11/20) trying to map buttons on my TM Airbus stick. I was able to assign buttons to commands, but then pressing the buttons does nothing. Even having issues with Logitech keyboard. Insert does not load drone camera and using End does not switch between Extenal/Cockpit views. Using the 2020 keyboard mappings. The new controller interface makes my brain hurt.
I think I’ll be sticking to 2020 for now until 2024 is fully cooked.

I am a pc user and I can confirm that the Airbus TCA sidestick cannot be correctly configured… my issues are with the ailerons axis, it won’t recognize that input…

i am now having problems also configuring this sidestick in msfs 2020, it seems they change something also here…
there is a problem regarding the rudder axis… basically it returns to the starting position after 1\2 seconds… this happens in all planes I hope they solve it…
