TCA Throttle Quadrant + addon problem

Hello captains

I think you’ve already heard this issue a lot

But I need the advice of an experienced person now

I will explain the issues I have

I just called the menu, but the reaction of the aircraft was weird, so when I checked, the axis of the spoiler and flap were shifted.

I’ve tried the way below
-set default
-clear all input and set manually
-calibration follow the forum issue
