Temps at High Altitude Airports Incorrect

I have found that temperatures at high altitude airports and areas are much warmer than in real life using Live Weather. Way off. Example: I just took off from KPSO in Colorado. The latest metar showed the temp at 2C but the OAT in the TBM showed 33C. I have also experienced the same thing at KTEX.

  1. Is this a known weather bug?

  2. Is this bug going to be fixed in Patch 2 along with other Live Weather issues?
