It´s not exactly the same issue even if they may be related. The one at Colmar appears to be dealing with the terrain LOD, as it appears and vanishes exactly at a given distance and it´s happening only at a specific area. Indeed I checked it using slew mode once at that distance (and after the issue was gone) to return back a few meters and then the issue reproduced again. The others in the post you linked are just that the elevation data is applied unevenly or also at the airport area itself.
