EDDS is now included as part of the sim since WU6 as a handcrafted airport by MS/Asobo.
As such it qualifies as an ‘add on’ airport in content manager.
JustSim’s EDDS aslo qualifies as an add on airport.
The two conflict with each other and cannot be installed simultaneously without causing the issue you are showing.
The solution is to uninstall one of the two in the ingame content manager.
