The flat “buildings” are simply flower growing facilities in the Netherlands and don’t look far off their real versions. Here’s how they look on the satellite imagery.
Also your post is off topic here since this post is about Carcassonne and purple textures which both do not match your screenshots.
You talk about Blackshark, but Blackshark is not involved in the handcrafted old town model/texture in Carcassonne either.
