Thank You Team Asobo!

Thank you Team Asobo for MSFS…!

You have blessed us with a super powerful sim, with photo real world scenery, even the sea floor visible from the air… Amazing planes with INCREDIBLE detail and mesh resolution and new forms of bump mapping tech for rivets and things, scratches in plexiglass… A built in Store for the sim, right inside of the sim…

I have enjoyed this thing. It has changed my life for the better. So cool to explore parts of the world that I hope to see one day…

You guys might be hit with hard work, problems and issues trying to make it run better and faster, even on older machines. You might be getting frustrated, constantly dealing with deadlines and things. But remember… You have done awesome… Game of the Year!!! The ultimate flight simulator!

Rock on!!! Keep up the great work, Team Asobo!

The Sky is calling…!

Bravo. Well spoken.
The MSFS game engine is incredible, but not many people recognize it.

Didn’t know XP was that old…

Sorry… couldn’t resist!

Many moan about and slate MSFS but if they didn’t find find at least some potential in the sim, they wouldn’t pass comment.

Yes it has niggles and can be down right frustrating at times but that does not take away from the masterpiece MS/Asobo have created . An amazing achievement from the developers !
Third party developers also need a thank you here, as some of there creations are equally incredible recently.

I am in total agreement. For basically NZD$100, four years ago, I purchased a flight sim that was absolutely mind blowing for the price I paid. I only had an i7 4 series with a nvidia 950 card. The sim ran at medium settings at around 25 to 30 fps. What more could I ask for the price I paid. After 4 years I haven’t had to pay anymore except for third party stuff, and the improvements (all free) have made the sim even better. My pc eventually reached it’s life span and crashed, could only be run in safe mode. In other words it was old and couldn’t keep up the pace. I replaced it with an i5 13 series with an Nvidia RTX 4060 an am ready to purchase MSFS 2024 whenever it is released.

Today, in bang for bucks, MSFS 2020 has been a huge winner.

Thank you team I know you have been doing the best you can.

I have made an incredible amount of new friends from all over the world that share the same passion for simming, flying, tweaking settings, and generally making this niche an almost DAILY activity for me. I enjoy every minute of it. :two_hearts: :100: :love_you_gesture:

Well said!

The team deserves a huge compliment for what it has achieved. Yesterday I took off from sunny and dry London to Amsterdam. Above the North Sea, close to the Dutch Coast the wheather got bad. It became dark and rainy. I noticed that the instrument lights were so bright and colorful. I saw raindrops on the windows and heard the sound of rain ticking. The sky turned red, blue, gray…it was absolutely beautiful!

Thanks Asobo team, for giving me (us) the most beautiful (VR) experience there is!

When I’ve had a rough day at work, for me, there is nothing better than doing some VFR flying around the Caribbean, it soothes the soul. Or I might try flying a heli around New York and fail miserably, but it’s all great fun. :+1:

Very much looking forward to MSFS2024!
