If its the same route all the time, it is probably not the fact that it crashes “after 1.5 hours” but more that you then reach a point in your flightplan where the scenery or an installed airport AddOn crashes your sim.
It would be more helpful if you tell us what that point is where you crash and if there is an airport/scenery addon nearby that point.
