I don’t recall where these were taken, I’ve been making my way from Key West to California. But you should see them at Key West airport.

They have a deal on if you already bought one you get discounted for the rest, ended up buying them all. Have all of US and part of Canada now.
It must not be available for xbox yet. I’m gonna give Key West a try and see if I can find anything. Thanks for the advice though.
The birds are pretty small – it can be hard to spot them sometimes. The flying groups are easier to see. There are some pigeons by the side of the taxiways at LaGuardia, for example, but they can blend in with the grass.
This is such a tiny little change to the sim, yet I think it’s great. I have all of them (and will spring for Western Canada whenever it arrives) – don’t regret it at all.
I deep down do want these. I just don’t think there is enough in the package yet. I really wish they had the ability to interact with the airplane in some form or fashion. But I feel like that is just beating the dead horse as I’m sure it’s a sim limitation and not within the ability of the developer. But I really do wanna buy it, it’s just so much… I would instantly buy it if it was a cheaper overall package. How much is it for all of them together including the discount?
Assuming there’s the same discount for Canada West, it will wind up being about $50 US or so for the entire US and Canada, if my math is correct. (43.93 Euro total)

Oh btw, it only took like two weeks but I finally found my first bird yesterday. It was a group of pigeons in the GA parking at Nashville 
I always seem to see them crossing above and in front of me on final or, flying directly toward me, but off to the side, on takeoff. It is usually a very quick event and I only ever see them in flat screen mode, have not seen them in VR.
If you want to see a lot of birds, take a slow plane and fly along Waikiki. There are squadrons of gulls patrolling there.
I guess I just made a substantial donation to a small company. In a fit of impulsivenes I purchased the whole set for the US and Europe. Stupid of me. I should have tried one region only first.
“LOD optimization results in a minimal impact on simulator frame rates” it says in the product description.
Sure … if a 30% drop in frame rate and a half second freeze every few moments is a minimal impact, I’d hate to see what a high impact looks like with these addons. Unusable and unrefundable, unfortunately. 
Can’t verify your experience. I have all European packages and they don’t cause any noticable performance impact or (additional) stuttering.
Shoulda asked me.
I did the same thing a while back and got the same results. 
I don’t have a very powerful system so maybe it’s more noticable to me.
I haven’t seen a single bird since I installed the EUN package…
