There were clues to give relative height, but a bridge’s empty space underneath can’t be discerned by an overhead view. Notably, they do cross-check with oblique views, which is why you see a texture that looks like a sat photo view mapped onto the solid “wall” underneath the bridges, but that isn’t the same as teaching the AI that it’s not a solid wall.
