My respect to his family and friends 
I once asked an examinator why we keep all those old rules and processes mixed up with the new ones while we could wrap everything up and learn a ‘fresh way of flying’
His answer was this :
Aviation was built on deaths.
I think he wanted to make me think, and he gave me something to think about for my whole life.
