I’m a little surprised at how little people are talking about this one, but I guess I understand. There’s not a whole lot of information about it.
Two things are preventing me from buying it immediately.
- 2024 comparability. They say there will be two separate versions, but haven’t answered anyone’s question of if the 2020 version being upgradable to the 2024 version. I’m sure it will be, but it’s unknown if it’ll cost.
- Is there GPS navigation. I only see mention of the INS, which uses GPS under the hood. Nothing else is said. Many of these aircraft were upgraded with more modern avionics over time. I want this aircraft because I’m a business jet enthusiast, but I’d want a GTN750 in it. I’m happy to fly old aircraft, but I’m flying them in a modern era.
