I finally had time to try quickly the Flight Planner tool I heard about in the Dev session and it is awesome. Wonderful user experience and a very very practical tool.

Does it allow you track an active flight? That would be really awesome.

It doesn’t appear to do so, there is a wishlist item requesting it:

The route planner is good but there is no way to obtain a reliable fuel and weight calculation.

the flight planner is great i’ve made and flown a few short plans now working on an around the world flight plan. cant track active flights yet but hopefully we can soon if they add the function. its a great little website that works great. easier than the in game flight planner on the EFB cant wait to see what they add next to it.
