The game purchased on steam does not start

I don’t know why but, after the
installation made by steam, once the game is started at the time of loading (blue line) the game crashes and returns to the desktop, I point out that I have to start it as a window and no full screen otherwise it looks very bad. what can I do?? HEEEELP ME :frowning:

Then explain in that thread your issue, what you attempted to do and your PC spec/internet connection type and speed.
