looked outside looked in the sim looks the same, went to yellow knife as im a fan of ice pilots and the temperature matched google so cool!

Except for the completely broken wind and other effects. The live weather is primarily visual only in most of the world. Wind being 225/03 and no proper turbulence from storms / convective activity. I flew the TBM through a hurricane and the weather radar was reporting “extreme” all around me, yet the ride was smooth as glass. Wind 225 at 03 knots of course!

Correct. Except that I was in fact flying through a hurricane. The one off of mexico. When I spawned in the game said the wind should have been 40+ knots. The weather radar showed “extreme” yet the ride was smooth as glass. Not a single bump at any altitude, any plane.
This is the live weather system being broken.
I find when I fly through clouds the aircraft bounce up and down or I hit a jetstream at 40,000 feet the aircraft move about so I think its realistic enough me it will never be accurate down to the centimeter but its pretty good atm
i remember one of p3d versions just after install use some weather engine from predecessor version and couldn’t run aircraft faster than 25mph, then we all know, it was set ambient 75*c that’s was funny
i dont know man, flying all over europe and north africa, yesterday and today and it´s sometimes scary how accurate it is…
