The mighty Vulcan is out for MSFS from Just flight

I bought Vulcan a few weeks ago and noticed the plane is banking left and right constantly when A/P is tracking VOR or TACAN. Why is that? The only way to stabilise it is to go in HDG mode.

MSFS Vulcan TACAN tracking issue

Hi. My reply here regarding the RJ is equally applicable to the Vulcan in 2024: Just Flight announces the Avro RJ series for MSFS - #299 by NORTMAR

Our Vulcan is close to being ready for FS2024 users. This will be a compatibility update not a full native version as we have recently done with our RJ Professional. Should be available in the next week or so, here are some shots of the Vulcan in 2024 to whet and appetite or two.

This is great news ! Will this also be coming to Xbox eventually as this is my favourite warbird on 2020, but at the moment large aircraft are a problem on 2024. If there is one aircraft that I would like to see flying as good as it does on 2020 the Vulcan is it :+1:

What problem? I fly large aircraft in FS24 without any game stopping problems.

I have issues with the big jets like the new B737 Max, but it’s not flying but the TLOD is really bad. At the moment I’d rather fly the PMDG B737 or V2 A320 on 2020. :+1:

Not my experience. I fly most of those available airliners in FS2024 practically every day without big issues. And to be honest, the half baked Asobo 737 Max is bad and needs some more work. I’m happy that JF is determined to bring this beautiful thing to FS24. But I get your point. Probably you need to wait for some more FS24 updates.

Which aircraft do you recommend to try as I’m on XboxX if the Max is buggy at the moment. The small GA aircraft are fine for me but not without issues and I’ve had many flying hours :+1:

Check your PM, it’s OT here.

They also flew into Loring AFB in Maine, (now closed) during my tour from 1976-1980. What a unique engine whine,

Very excited to see the 2024 compatibility update is nearly ready - I can’t wait to fly the Vulcan again!

A recommendation for anyone waiting eagerly for this to release: read Vulcan 607 by Rowland White, it’s a cracking book!
