It’s also worth noting that the Vulcan differs from some other military aircraft in MSFS, including our Hawk T1, in that there is a lot to keep you busy just operating the aircraft in the role of the 1st or 2nd pilot in the cockpit. It’s a large, four engine jet with lots of quirky systems, incredible performance and a long range, all of which can be enjoyed without the combat aspect.
Oh and for what it’s worth, for things like this, I agree that it can be enjoyed without the combat, fighter jets etc I think they’re redundant in MSFS (just my personal opinion) but this is different.
Plus, I know you folks will do the Vulcan justice.
I have both a stick and a yoke, I tink I will fly the Vulcan with a yoke because the movements on the plane controls resemble more a yoke than a stick.
I would really truly love to buy and fly this as it does look amazing.
The problem is I’m exclusively a tubeliner pilot. Give me an Airbus or a Boeing and I’m good to go.
But this looks awfully complicated to me. Navigation is a complete mystery I’d go to buzz Red Square and finish up at the Pentagon.
I’m afraid unless someone produces a video (or multiple videos) on how to drive this I’m going to have to pass.
Reluctantly I need spoon feeding on this one. I’ll monitor closely on what develops in way of tutorials.
