The perfect Bush Simulator? Seems like it!

Thank you. This launch has exceeded what I had expected which was a lot. I may not be an owner of this simulator yet, but from everything I have seen, the sim is beautiful. I do Bush Flying IRL and WOW. This is perfect! The wind simulation is amazing, and the ZLIN Savage Cub, Carbon Cub look spot on! As soon as I get my new rig, I’ll see you in Alaska, Southern California, and more!

Last month in Washington, I flew the Husky A-1C and landed on grass strips in the North West, though it isn’t sand bars… It still takes the pilotage of finding the best way to approach it.

In this sim, the adventure is there. Stellar Job. This is truly Next Generation.

I recognize that pfp

yes, yes you do

Don’t forget the turbulence and wind effects that are terrain and temperature dependent. Yes, its quite a ride.

I wonder if all surfaces are “landable”, roofs, etc …

BTW, do you know Deadstick: Bush Flying SImulator ? It’s not out yet, but it seems it will be amazing too.

I have been looking into it since it was first announced. Seemed like it had potential but it sucks that it was pushed back.. Just doesn’t seem as valuable now.

It would have been great, but because in this new simulator we have the whole world to scale with this amazing weather? It doesn’t seem worth it anymore… :frowning:

In theory it has a lot of interesting things like different tyres, skis, floats, Ice weight over your plane, plane persistence, missions, etc … it will have a place on my Disk.

I hope so… If that is true, Might try it out!

There’s room for specialised sims.

In the meanwhile, I wait for your opnion at how close this is to RL Bush Flying.

I think the worst thing will be ground/wheel phisics

I’ll have to see for myself. I’m really just an invested “viewer” of this sim. I don’t own the Simulator currently, but hopefully soon that will change.

Wait until you try the bush flights, I LOVE them

The bush flights and bush flying in general is AWESOME in this simulator!

Well, I expect you’ll be quite happy. Most of what I’ve been doing the last few months could be considered “bush flying”. Whether it’s delivering a load of supplies to some dirt strip on a mountainside in PNG, looking for an obscure meteor crater way out in the boonies, or just buzzing along in canyons all over the world, it’s quite enjoyable.

The really great thing here is you can just spin the globe, pick a spot at random, zoom way in to find some little airstrip, and always have a good time. It’s often a rough ride, though, especially in the mountains.

Bush flying simulator is coming out.. onlt dedicated to bush flying.. looks great.. on steam
