There have always been trees on the seashore at Tywyn, Wales.
I just ignore them.
If there is vegetation in a place you really don’t want.
Using SDK, you can draw a Polygon and configure it to have no vegetation.
The same can be done with water and bulidings.
If there are buildings where there shouldn’t be, specify No buildings and draw the correct surface texture with a Polygon.
