@N316TS I have no Marketplace nor Community addons, and I see the tree …every time I fly past pass that spot. So, it is not likely to be an addon or a cache issue. The Toronto waterfront has at least one more: along Lakeshore Blvd, just across from Billy Bishop Airport. I have also found one just like it in Halifax, NS, and a more modest one in Boston, MA. Other users have posted pictures of monster sized trees in Vancouver and Tokyo.
