I haven’t tested the FS2020 version, but what I really liked in the previous versions was the joystick filter, which means that noise/jittering practically disappears. Very useful on low-end joysticks like my Logitech Extreme 3D.
Sounds like you have a firm understanding of FSUIPC. I purchased it and sort of have it . I am trying to program the buttons on my Alpha yoke to use the FD autothrottle and AP. I can get FD to physically toggle on and off but can’t seem to program auto throttle so it properly actually “ toggles” the toggle on screen. Also am completely lost on getting the new mad Dog programmed . Any assistance would be appreciated
I have actually moved over to Axis & Ohs and find it much easier to use. This was quite some time ago so I unfortunately don’t remember much of FSUIPC.
