I been moving stuff from the community folder up to June 2023 and same issue so I assume is not a faulty file maybe, maybe a bad livery or something like that but I cannot find it, so hard unless i just remove everything 
You don’t have to remove everything, just rename your C/F something else then restart the sim. It will create a new C/F (with nothing in it) and then you’ll see if it is an addon or not.
That’s why an addons manager is so useful - I use MSFS Addons Linker
