I’m at 90-95% flying gliders. Exactly the Discus FES. What’s the situation for me:
I’m not satisfied at all. How can it be. Of course I am missing certain things that have been discussed here a thousand times. But we all know Jörg did say to make the best Flight simulator in the world. And he also said this not only in GA but also in Helicopters, Gliding and what else can go up to the sky. A few days on the expo he told how he likes helicopter and gliding. And my opinion is,
I believe to his words
and what he said.
But this game is the most complex one I’ve ever seen in my 61years of live. All the Realtime data and the functionality which have to fit together.
And things not working in 2020 will be better in 2024, or perhaps 2028. What ever. The flight simulator will be improved more and more. This forum and all the other Plattforms are great to talk to the Developers and those who are responsible. So Jörg, Sebastian and all the others are doing a very good job in this ‘puplic work’.
So what will I do in this situation:
Calm down and be patient.
Yesterday I had a good and also exciting flight in Southern France, real weather, until the sunset, great light in the scenery, spectacular landing on a very little mountain airfield.
And it was so relaxing and the best to end up the day.
