Sorry for my English, it’s from Translator.
So you know what will happen if one day you have a corrupt and meaningless flight log
The situation is the following, I reached 700 hours of flight and when I look at my profile, I see that I only had 3 hours, and I didn’t even see the badge for the hourly level and the hours to the next level. I also didn’t have any record of the flights, only some data such as the achievements, including more than 500 hours of flight, although it only said 3 hours.
I try to reason with the technical service that it’s not a question of ME having deleted it in the cloud as they told me, but that the data they contained was wrong, it wasn’t consistent. After more than 10 emails in which they only know how to say WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING, I have to be with a record that doesn’t work, that is, a program that doesn’t work correctly and their solution is to put up with me. I got it on my own simply out of interest to see where the information is stored on my local disk, (Technical support says they don’t know) they don’t fix it for you or give you the possibility of making a backup of your data. In short, I think it’s disrespectful and a real shame that they treat us as users, that they don’t give it to me for free, I’ve spent a lot of money since 1982 with them for them to now act like this.
As you can see in the answers they give me, they break my data in their cloud, now I have my profile that doesn’t work and I have to put up with it and keep quiet. Do I say that they should at least return the money if they give products that don’t work? no funcionan?

Hi Lanavata,
We did indeed read what you wrote. We have no access to your cloud save file. This is something that only you can access. If the cloud save file becomes corrupt like it appears to be in this case, then there is nothing that can be done.

Hi Lanavata,
1- And I have to keep the data from now on like this ???
2- Don’t you have a backup for when your system creates corrupt data for users??
The recovery that you tell me to do from the Xbox app for PC does absolutely nothing and leaves everything the same.
I have a complete backup of my computer from 2 months ago when my data was fine, can I extract the correct files from there?? I prefer to lose 2 months than 4 years of flight data.
If you tell me what files they are, I will restore them myself.
The data is stored in the cloud. We have no access to your cloud save file. When you quit the sim, the logbook information is automatically uploaded to the Xbox Cloud Save. To reduce the risk of corruption, quit the game by pressing the ESC key until you see "Are you sure you want to exit Flight Simulator?"
Click “Yes” to upload your save.
And I have to keep the data from now on like this ???
If the previous steps did not work for you, then unfortunately the answer is yes.
