This game can be frustrating at times, but i'm so happy it exists

I’ve had my fair share of frustrating issues and I completly get it, and im not saying that your frustrations are invalid or wrong. In-fact its important to report issues so that the flight simulator can improve.

But I’m so happy it exists. Because I know Asobo and Microsoft are going to support this software for a long time, they have already mentioned they will and the content updates and community interaction we get is a good sign of that.

With Microsoft Flight Simulator X there was one notable expansion and a few updates to fix stuff, but no promise of support into the future.

At the moment we are still early days with Microsoft Flight Simulator, its kinda an investment at the moment, its not perfect, has some hard round edges, but i know Asobo will patch this all up in time and add amazing new features in the future.

And that’s super exciting as for years we’ve had to stick with X-Plane, P3D or FSX and these have a much slower development cycle and are still quite far behind Microsoft Flight Simulator in many aspects. Sure at the moment for study sim and perfect accuracy of flying itself XPlane or P3D are still your kings but in 2-3 years time? I reckon they could become almost obsolete.

Also the fact that such a big franchise is brought back renews interest in flying for a lot more people and also makes competitors want to up their game.

So basically what I’m saying is this game can be frustrating with all the bugs, perfromance issues and other problems we have, but i’m still so happy it exists, because it means in the future we will get a better sim than we have now!

Yes, I totally agree, it is frustrating at times, but happy it exists indeed; we have to look forward and users have the opportunity to be much more involved and shape the future of this flight simulator.
