Sage advice and that all sounds very plausible. Agree re add-ons especailly right now. I’ve held back on scenery additions. Just added the improved airport textures - a must really. I want to keep it as base FS2020 as possible for stability reasons.
I can presently get great enjoyment out of flying the A320 for trips of <2hr. You can fly a long way doing short hops in it, and for the most part it works. I’ve only had a few CTD’s, occasional frame rate dips and glitches. I’m patient, and was the last time I used FS in 2000/2002 era! It’s a huge endeavour trying to sim the whole world in visual detail and expecting it all to be pixel perfect and 100% functional on multi-platforms with multiple aircraft. CTD’s aside, people I feel need to try to enjoy what works and not over analyse what doesn’t. I’ve somehow managed to fly for 130hrs now for the most part CTD free & FS2020 is absolutely gorgeous on a series X at 4K on a large OLED TV.
