I’m thinking that until Market Place is up and running any addons that require updates will not migrate across, so fingers crossed as the Avro 146 is without doubt my favourite aircraft of all time.

loaded up first time since saturday on my xbox x. the A400M still causes lag and now the sim is stuck after clicking Ready to Fly, when at KORD.
this bug I know is mentioned but sadly not part of the hot fix yet. nothing in the hot fix improved anything for me
its now Monday afternoon/evening and no check in update from Microsoft/Asobo, Jorg etc. really poor communication
Draw distance is a bit dissapointing. The circle around your plane is ok, but anything further away is just flat wasteland.

Yes, it’s just bad. They fixated on near objects. But pilots observe the horizon and that’s where 2024 looks the worst.

I previously deleted the game. After Reinstalling I find once again, that I can’t get past 98% loading on the screen.
Getting more and more frustrating.
Im trying for 2 days now to start the career modus but it loads forever. How long do i have to wait to start first Mission?
Happened to me as well. Second attempt was succesfull.
I don’t know… I stil; have the feeling it has to do with the server capacity. I just did a mission in careermode, and for the first time in careermode I had the impression also more distant hills and textures were crispier. The second mission was again the old story: flying near a mountain that stayed blurry. So… my guess is it will improve over time.
My strategy is to not buy the game until in a month or so, when I hope that most issues have been fixed. Obviously the game was released too early but Asobo just couldn’t change the date. Instead of being continuously disappointed right now, I would suggest most of you to have some patience and just pretend the game isn’t released yet. Return in a month and spare yourself all frustration 
Im getting messages now stating that bandwith is too low and that scenery will be degraded. Back to Call of Duty until theres a fix. This is what 200 bucks and loyalty gets you. Its my fault. I trusted them to put out what they said they would.
Having bugs at release is “normal”. This is very different story and people are upset rightfully so.

It took Asobo 4+ years to turn MSFS 2020 into a fairly decent flight simulator (and to this day countless issues remain unresolved). I think expecting them to turn 2024 around in just a month or so might be a tad over-optimistic.

Does it really matter if you have 120Hz capability if the download will only give you 20 to 30 fps?
On my Xbox don´t run. On my PC, also, not run, loading, loading and loading.

I tried career mode, well it’s laggy, some actions don’t work, sometimes it’s ok sometimes it’s blurry (no texture) and the landscape starts flashing.
But the best is the AI conversations between the passengers, it’s hilarious.

Of course, it matters. Performance wise the game seems pretty much on pair with MFS 2020 and while servers play an important role, the sim is still tied to our hardware. For example, the very poor draw distance depends on the graphic settings.

From the sounds of it, this one is definitely to avoid for now. I was thinking of renewing Gamepass the other day just for 2024 but nah, I’m fine with 2020 for now which is looking and performing quite well, if not perfectly.
My SimObjects went from 1313 to 2644 objects today, so that’s a positive. Let’s see what they added to use.
Unfortunately, still not really able to play MS2024. The aircraft I use, mostly Flying Iron addons, cause the game to crash within a few minutes. (Even default aircraft don’t work, the Edge 540 causes a crash every single time I try to use it) Especially if switching camera.
I don’t expect things to be perfect just after launch but it’s quite poor how bad this game can run on Xbox.
I hope the Livestream will have update as to when the experience will be smoother for Xbox.
