I have an original Saitek (long before they were bought by Logitech) X52 that I bought for FS9. A couple of the buttons don’t respond so well anymore, but the rest is in perfect condition. The matte finish on the black plastic eventually got tacky, but some rubbing alcohol and a little work managed to remove it completely, leaving the glossy plastic underneath. It still feels good in my hands and I still use it with the current sim. The only thing that ever really went bad was the connecting cable, but a search on Amazon found me a double-ended PS2 cable that works quite well.
