For some reason I feel like I used to have one of those. Are you sure it’s only 13 years old? Looks like late 90s tech.

CH used that base for a LONG time… his could be that young. In fact if you really look hard you can still find these sticks new.

My first stick built on that base dated back to 1994. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. The only down side with them is they are a little large. They are full analog pots inside tho, and basically indestructible.
