Hello
Here is a parts list reflecting your choices. If you are in the United States total is about $1160.30 according to the following tool:

Below is an attempt at providing an alternate configuration.
This is meant as food for thought and can be tweaked further to reflect brand/budget preferences.
I switched to a newer AMD processor on the AM5 platform. As was previously mentioned, AM4 CPUs have been good, but they are at the end of their lifecycle. Choosing a current platform will enable you to upgrade your PC at a much lower cost in the future. You pay a little more now, but you will pay much less later.
The suggested motherboard is mid range, but with very solid, future proof characteristics.
The storage amount was doubled. I would say this is a must, 1TB may prove to be insufficient for MSFS plus all the addons that we accumulate when using the sim.
Memory amount is the same, but it uses DDR5 instead of DDR4.
Suggested graphics card has 16GB VRAM instead of 12 GB. It has roughly the same price tag, but it’s not an Nvidia. It should be more powerful, even in Ray Tracing, but it does not have the Nvidia specific stuff.

At this moment, the total price is about 1413 USD so 250 dollars more using PCPartpicker data for the United States.
I think it is worth the higher price tag, as it is much more powerful and future proof.
If you are not in the US, the difference in pricing may be steeper though.
if need be, you can change the country using the menu at the top right of the screen, where it says United States.
Hope it helps.
