Hi everyone. So ever since I got my officer pack, I noticed the throttle quadrant had the left lever (x-axis) 2% higher than the right lever (y-axis) despite them being in the exact same position as one another. I checked in the Thrustmaster H.E.A.R.T. modification program and found that it was in fact being detected higher there too. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could maybe recalibrate/reset the lever, or modify it to be even at 0% with one another? Thanks in advance if anyone knows.
I have a same, exact problem ![]()
Use FSUIPC 7.
In “Assignments”, move the left lever then indicate the type of action required “Axe Throttle1 Set”.
Then, in the “Joystick Calibration” tab, choose “3 of 11: Separate throttle per engine”.
You can then adjust the three points Reverse, Idle and Max of each lever.
For a better synchronization of the positions in sim, set the slope to 15.
Each time you start MSFS2020, you will have to go back to “Assignments”, move one of the levers and click on ok, so that FSCUIPC reinjects the settings in the simulator.
Thank you, I’ll try that today.
Hello where can I get FSUIPC? And is it free? I have the same issues with my throttles not being even
To get FSUIPC7, look here : http://www.fsuipc.com/
And no, it’s not free : https://secure.simmarket.com/john-dowson-fsuipc7-for-msfs.phtml
But it’s worth the investment. This software can allow you a lot of configuration (exemple : I made a panel for the different lights, which I configured via fsuipc. ). And some extensions also need this software to communicate with MSFS2020.
I created a mini lights panel with a simple switch on a usb joystick controller card. The problem is that the buttons are only detected by MSFS2020 when I press them. Not when I release them (like a keyboard key in short). So no signal is detected when I turn off the switches.
FSUIPC allows to launch an action when pressing AND an action when the button is unpressed. Thus, the two positions of my switch are recognized by the simulator.
