Description of the issue:
Thrustmaster Airbus Throttle Quadrant not working properly in Fenix A320 and PMDG 737-600 and stock Asobo aircraft.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Advance or reduce thrust levers

Observe incorrect inputs being received in aircraft

Calibration and binding settings within PDMG and MSFS Settings/Controls/Power Management/… not effective. Thrustmaster Control Panel test confirms that peripheral is working OK and correct inputs are being received.
