When you do a hardware recalibration. Make sure you also move the spoilers and flaps lever one at a time along with the throttle lever every time before you press the red buttons. And the final two button press, try to hold the button for 2-3 seconds before releasing it.
Hi Neo, I do this. I recorded the whole process in the video above. Could you please see them?
Yeah, I did… But try it a little bit different. Instead of moving the levers together at the same time. Try to move it one at a time into position before pressing the red buttons. Move the throttle into position first, then move the spoilers into position, then move the flaps into position, then press the red buttons.
Then at the end of the calibration, try to hold the two black buttons for 2-3 seconds before releasing it.
I have just done this 5 times. Each time I moved all the levers separately, each time a little slower or a little faster. I validated with the black buttons after 2-4 seconds. Unfortunately, nothing has changed
Hmm… I think I ran out of ideas… it could be an actual hardware defect. See if you can contact Thrustmaster support and show them the same video. Maybe they could help you.
Thanks for your willingness to help. I wrote a message to them a few hours ago, attached the video. I hope they will have some idea about it, because I’m already losing hope that it will be fixed, I have looked at all the forums and watched all the videos for a solution. Thanks Neo
Has anybody had one throttle lever not aligned with the other one when in default position (so not reverse thrust position)? In my case throttle 2 rests slightly above 1 while both are set at idle. I have tried configuring and reconfiguring with drivers up to date etc. I am not sure whether this is part of the general craziness reported by other users or an unexpected hardware problem. E very time I get everything more or less (80-90%) right things happen.
How did you do a factory reset, my flaps exactly as you describe either full on or off no detent any help to resolve much appreciated. BR Charlie
