Thrustmaster TCA boeing throttle not recognized

hi,

installed TCA boeing pack on xbox series x a few weeks ago, but after a few flights without problems, suddenly msfs didn t recognize the throttle anymore (both axes and buttons). Tried to delete profiles and resetted the console without results, so i decided to uninstall and reinstall MSFS. After reinstall, the throttle was correctly recognized again (so in my opinion it does not seem an hardware fault). after a pair of days of normal operations, Today i started MSFS and again the throttle WASN T RECOGNIZED ANYMORE. Only thing I can do to resolve is to uninstall and reinstall MSFS but, as U can imagine, this can t be a solution.
Anyone has a similar problem ?
Any advice?
Thanks in advance
Alessandro

Try it on a Windows PC. If the TCA not recognized as a USB Device then it is broken. The problem is only temporary. It works for a while and then it’s not recognized again. I had the same problem and then got a replacement unit.

yes, i confirm.
Plugging the throttle on the usb port of the PC it is no more recognized (it was a couple of days ago……weird). definetely a hardware fault.
This in my opinion clearly means only a thing: poor quality control by thrustmaster.
what a shame.
just opened a case with them.
thanks for the suggestion
