Thrustmaster TPR Rudder pedal issues

This was the correct answer. What did the trick for me:

  1. Clicking “Reset to default” in the game controller calibration.
  2. Re-installing MS FS2020

If I didn’t re-install, everything in the controls options setup looked fine, the toe brakes smoothly went from 0 to max when testing. However, when in the cockpit, (cessna 152), pressing toe brakes resulted in very jittery behavior and the brakes started out fully depressed.
