I have been lurking on this forum for a while, particularly on this thread and have learned a lot. Very knowledgeable and generous bunch of people. I am very new to MSFS having just set things up, a big learning curve indeed.
Current problem is the Thrustmaster pedals. They are a recognised device in MS and work well in the Controls screen. First test fright they did not work so ended up parked in the grass. Brakes worked fine. Went back to the control panel and found the default settings for the HC yoke had assigned rudder trim to a button. So removed that assignment. Next test fright checked the rudder via external camera prior to starting. No joy. Pedal are plugged into USB3 on motherboard. Adaptor is switched to aircraft and I have not downloaded any Thrustmaster software. Autorudder is off.
I then went to the flight school page and commenced in C172 Skyhawk ( what I learned to fly in 55yrs ago). Rudders worked a treat. Went back to flight page and tried again. No rudder. So I am a bit perplexed.
