Description of the issue: So for example you can load in at 1100 UTC and then it will run until until say 1115 and then just stay there. Using live weather and custom time.

1.Start a free flight with custom time and live weather enabled.
2. Time works for a few minutes then just stays at the set time.
3.This happens using time compression and without using time compression
