I called Roy. That was his suggestion. That helped solve my TrackIR issue. At least that part is runnint fine now.

I know apart from the humour, its not funnyā¦I would beā¦annoyed would be the polite word.
My only VR issue is the toolbar that I canāt click, all else is running fine/same/as well as before. What issues are you having?
EDIT: other issue is nearly losing my lunch doing the Reno air races in VR - props to the guys who do this for real!

Yeah, you can say that again.
In flight #7 now. A short 20 min flight between my local airport and another nearby. Didnāt use ATC. No Azure disconnection. Iām coming in for approach now. This reinforces my suspicion that itās something to do with servers.
Yeah thats weird your download speed is massive, I pay a lot for my internet and its diabolical where i Live I averaged 50 m/bits with this download and thats paying a lot of money with Fibre, in the ukā¦but I dont seem to have server issues.
My internet is rock solid. Always has been. Iām with the best provider in my area. I know itās not a āmeā thing.
BTW, my son is also losing his Azure voice. Although no CTD for him.
And I just finished my flight. Not using ATC, I didnāt lose Azure voice, and didnāt crash. The common thread with my previous 7 flights is I used ATC, lost Azure, and crashed. Will test more, but this seems to point in that direction.
Time to go grab Pilot2ATC, methinksā¦

Fingers crossed, I have pilot2atc as well as PF3, I do Vatsim as well but it does not always suit my needs

Hello to all,
Like some of you, after the SU7 update, I found that the simulator was unusable (CTD and 8 FPS).
However, I did not give up and I want to share with you my manipulations (I specified that I am on a laptop core I7 and GTX2070 MSI GE66).
- Windows 11 update, nvidia, xbox and game service
- I emptied the community folder.
- I deactivated DX12 beta in FS
- I uninstalled FBW A320 because I notice a lot of bugs
- letās try everything, I reactivated the game mode of windows in its entirety and start a repair of FS2020!
- I reinstalled FBW in development mode.
The flight goes on since 6H00 and I donāt have any problem anymore (in DX11)

There are of course major issues here, and thatās always regretful BUTā¦ so many things are also improved or headed in a great direction. I appreciate the team and their hard work despite the dreadful deadline still winning out over full QA.
I lost Azure voice recently as well today

I had 30 stable and locked at 4k with update 7 I have 14-18fps. I have changed all the settings the worst update of Asobo. and say thank you? I think you donāt know how to compare anything

I juts want to say thank you too. Great update, working well. A few issues to be ironed out, but nothing deal breaking and LOTS of new and free content.
After 15 months or so, I shouldnāt be surprised, but I still am, at how ungrateful many in this community are when they get free stuff that others would be charging a lot of money for delivered to them completly free (or at no extra charge for the pedants amongst them).
So great job Asobo, and take the positive and the negative feedback on board but try to close your eyes and ears to those on this forum who think they know more than you do, think they know how to code and think they should give you abuse rather than encouragement for your hard work.

The only bad thing is that when are clouds, they appear cut by the ground.
We need weather stations with gradual transitions so we can choose either to use live weather engine, or make our own weather themes able to change along a whole fly. This way the servers will get rid of many users, I bet.
Hope to see the option soon.
I am very satisfied with update 7.
My PC has Nidia 1660TI (94%), 32BG RAM and i7-9400 CPU (40%). Great job with flight sim. Very smooth running, pretty could with about 55-60 Grad Celsius, no noices, 1080p with 2 screens and middle (clouds high) configuration. And second play on XBox Series S with big screen (TV), satisfied as well.
May home base located in germany. Fly TBM 930 IFR, C172 VFR and have fun.

Try hitting some keyboard combinations of Ctrl + 0
Yesterday this was RCtrl + the numberpad zero, but today it was LCtrl + regular zero 0. But I find I have to do this every time even after merely re-setting a flight or changing airports. HIGHLY ANNOYING but expected with SU7.
This sim changes from day to day. Some days it works fine, the next day not. I use times like these to reorganize my files and folders and I go back and play other flight sims while waiting for solutions and fixes. And itās been a very long year.
